Once you are sure 😍 we require 25% NONREFUNDABLE deposit for all services. Deposit will be DEDUCTED from total price which is due via Zelle or Cash at end of service, $4 feefor card payment if you choose this option(currently out of service).

You are allowed to RESCHEDULE (through your confirmation email) 48hrs before service time(no exceptions) and deposit can be REUSED, however rescheduling more than one time is prohibited… and if noticed rescheduled appointment will be CANCELED. If you think you made MISTAKES in your booking, give us a call, do not cancel appointment else deposit will be lost, we can always adjust at checkout or try to adjust on our end. No show is auto cancellation and deposits are not transferable. If you can’t book on our website give us a call/text at 469-740-6825 to manually schedule you but you have to be deposit ready through Zelle .

Please take note of length, size, patterns and descriptions before booking(as the above listed may appear different on clients depending on head circumference, hair thickness, and clients height, etc).You are ADVISED to at least book length longer than your natural hair for better results. Hair must be at least 3inches long. If confused kindly give us a call or text the above number.

Please we will not work on dirty or tangled hair

Hair should be washed and properly blow dried straight without knots or coils before appointment time, or add to your appointment wash and blow dry(does not included detangling knotted/ matted hair) as this will incur extra charges and change of appointment time.

COMPLAINTS are treated same day or at most 3days after service is rendered, please feel free to ask for corrections while you are receiving service.

Feel free to wear a MASK if you are still uncomfortable around people and Kindly let us know about your ALLERGIES before you receive service to see product contents/ingredients.
